·       2004-2007 Project Lead The Way – Gateway To Technology.  PLTW-GTT is a pre-engineering program designed for middle schools as part of the larger Project Lead The Way.  I am currently the only PLTW-GTT instructor in the State of Louisiana that is certified to teach all five units.  (Please see letter of Recommendation from the Master Teachers of Project Lead the Way).  The East Baton Rouge Parish School Board as part of the Desegregation Settlement Agreement adopted the PLTW-GTT program. 

· 2002-2004, 2006-2007 Exploring Technology – An elective for Crestworth Middle Magnet.  As the instructor for this program I had complete autonomy in choosing, designing and instructing the course.

· Freshmen Initiative Team-High School Redesign Initiative 2007-2009

· Teacher Advancement Program Mentor – 2005-2006.  Positions to work with, observe, evaluate and present weekly professional development to the faculties of both Crestworth Campuses.  TAP is a program to provide Value Added Gains Incentives to Schools and Instructors whose learners show measurable growth due to instruction.

· Louisiana Collaborative for Excellence in Science Teaching Mentor- A collaborative effort with Louisiana State University, University of Texas, Southern University, The Shell Corporation and the corresponding Texas Collaborative

· Instructional Management Team-Writing 2006-2007.  A position to redeliver information from EBRPSS concerning the Comprehensive Curriculum in preparation of learners for the iLEAP and LEAP
